He was always available to answer our questions, he had the most incredible local knowledge and would tell us which ones were the bad or worst and good or best neighborhoods with total honesty. He would point out things that could be wrong with houses or locations, which we didn’t even notice at first. He has incredible negotiation skills which landed us the perfect house in an awesome neighborhood in record time.
